Penguin Chat, was an online game which eventually became Club Penguin. It was origionally on the rocketsnail website, but was taken down so players would be confused between Club Penguin and Penguin Chat. Still, you can play it at http://www.penguinchat.com/
There were 3 areas players could visit:
The Snow Room
A plain white room, but very popular because most players are first sent here when logged in.
North Pole
The North Pole is similar the Snow Room, except it has a red and white striped pole on one side of it. If you clicked the pole, then walked, your Penguin would change. This was put up for a unknow reason.

Crash Site
The Crash Site is a room that is next to a frozen lake. It has a Snow Cat with rockets next to the lake.

All in all, Club penguin is much better
