Finding Rockhopper isn't as easy as you may think. He can only be found when his ship is docked at Club Penguin and hops from server to server. If you ever happen to spot a large crowd then chances are Rockhopper will be in the middle of it.
If you are looking for him, then the most likely places he will be are
1. His ship (The Migrator)
2. The Beach
3. The Dock
4. The Pizza Parlour
5. The Ice Berg
6. The Cove
Rockhopper has never been sighted at the Ski Hill, HQ, or the Dojo.
What he looks like
Rockhopper may be inside a crowd and you wont be able to see him, but he is read with a pirate hat, beard, and thick bushy eyebrows.
What should I do when I find him?
If you do find him, you can open his player car and click on the add buddy icon. He will also give you a free icon if you do this and you can talk with him!
